We have 30 individually styled bedrooms, including four self-contained apartments and a penthouse suite. Our rooms vary in size and character: some offer extra space, while others have particularly lovely views across our four acres of gardens.
Rooms for every kind of stay
Our bedrooms include single, double, twin and family options, with a selection of ground floor rooms available. Some rooms have balconies or garden views, and additional beds can be provided in suitable rooms when arranged in advance.
For families, colleagues and guests staying a little longer, we have three two-bedroom apartments and one one-bedroom apartment. Each has its own lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor seating, giving you more space and the freedom to settle in.
Set beneath the eaves of the original rectory, our penthouse is one of the hotel’s most spacious rooms. It has a larger bed, a dedicated sitting area and a generous bathroom with a freestanding roll-top bath and large walk-in shower.

Practical information
Eight bedrooms are located on the ground floor, including one fully accessible bedroom. The hotel’s public areas are accessible, and we also have a RADAR-key accessible toilet. If you have particular requirements, please contact us before booking so we can recommend the most suitable room.
Dogs are welcome for a charge of £20 per stay. We simply ask owners to clean up after them in the hotel grounds.
Hotel residents have complimentary use of our gym, which is normally open from 6.30am until 9pm. Times may vary at weekends, so please check with reception during your stay.

Lanes Hotel is less than a mile from both Leonardo Helicopters and Screwfix, with a typical journey of around ten minutes. The Leonardo aerospace site is also home to Honeywell and other engineering and technology businesses.
